The parking lot maintenance portion included 8,000 LF of crack filling across the property. Crack filling helps slow water intrusion, reduce pavement deterioration, and extend the life of existing asphalt before larger repairs become necessary.
Full-Property Line Striping
Swan Co. also completed line striping across the entire property, including:

- Carnegie Center Drive
- Roadway markings
- Parking stall layouts
- Directional markings
